millMAX-e™ Series

This pump is a newly designed high efficiency slurry pump focused around maximizing efficiency and minimizing total cost of ownership. The millMAX-e™ High Efficiency Slurry Pump design also incorporates an integrated power frame and bearing assembly, eliminating the need to adjust the impeller within the casing. The millMAX-e power design utilizes the same bearing and shaft components as the equivalent standard millMAX power frames to handle application with high speed and power demands.

millMAX UMD™ Series

The latest addition to the millMAX™ family and the most advanced centrifugal slurry pump on the market. The UMD™ Heavy Duty Slurry Pump design combines the patented millMAX™ suction side sealing technology with customer feedback and computational fluid dynamic research to out perform the competition in power consumption and wear life.

gravelMAX Series 

This centrifugal slurry pump has a unique patented design developed to handle larger particles for applications such as dredging. The gravelMAX Centrifugal Slurry Pump features a patented on-line wear clearance adjustment, which minimizes the cost per ton pumped compared to conventional hard metal and rubber lined slurry pumps through: pump higher percent solids, maintenance of suction vacuum and adjust pump while running.    

slurryMAX-XD™ Rubber Lined Series 

This pump incorporates all of the patented features that have made millMAX™ such a success and FLSmidth Krebs has incorporated the patented features into a new slurryMAX™ Rubber Lined Pump range. The patented feature has an externally adjustable wear ring that closes the suction side impeller clearance between the suction liner and the eye of the impeller. This clearance eliminates the problem conventional rubber lined pumps experience – that of pressure pulsations caused by the close proximity of the rotating raised expelling vanes to the suction liner, necessary to maintaining flow, and subsequently generating heat in the liner and rubber devulcanization failure. 

vMAX Vertical Cantilever

The line of vMAX Vertical Cantilever hard metal pumps has been developed for conventional clean up sump duties and process duties that require reduced degradation of pumped solids. The casing is configured for bottom suction only to prevent build up of solids in the bottom of the sump. Leakage from the back of the casing, through the life of the pump, is prevented by high performance expelling vanes on the back shroud of the impeller.
